Starting December 1 easy visa to India
December 1, bilateral intergovernmental agreement between Russia and India will come into force.
This was previously reported by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Lukashevich, wrote “Arguments and Facts”.
The document stipulates that a tourist visa to India will be available for up to six months.
Visa regime will be simplified for businessmen, scientists and artists, students from Russia and India.
The agreement will simplify the procedure of issuing visas for entry, transit and departure, as well as for stay on the territory of a party to an agreement for a period of up to 90 days per period of 180 days.
The agreement also provides for direct appeals of citizens and organizations for visas and the possibility of issuing multiple-entry visas valid for up to five years.
